Printable mazes

Paper still wins sometimes. Generate a clean maze, hit Print, hand someone a pencil that isn’t a stylus. Kids, adults, whoever — the walls are the same ones you can walk upstairs on this site.

We’re not selling a carton of maze books. If you need a hundred themed worksheets with pumpkins on every margin, wrong aisle.

When

When to use

Rainy afternoon table. Classroom quiet work. You want an answer key for yourself via Show path, then print a blank for them.

When not

When not to

Commercial maze-book wholesale → not us. Only want to play, never print → home or generator. Scary prank printables → no.

Defaults

Assumptions

Letter/A4 depends on your browser print dialog. Solution page is optional — don’t spoil if you’re handing it to someone else. Kids-related searches land here as support, not a kindergarten portal.

Steps

How

  1. Generate (or land on a difficulty preset).
  2. Hide the path if you need a blank sheet.
  3. Print or Download. Pencil recommended. Erasers too.

Worked notes

Examples

  • Easy maze on paper for a six-year-old → you keep Show path on your screen
  • Hard maze printed for yourself on a flight → phone battery dead, paper isn’t

Watch-outs

Gotchas

  • Browser “print background graphics” sometimes needs a checkbox. Ink is shy.
  • Free printable farms spam ads; if an ad sits on the maze, that’s a bug.
  • Seasonal Christmas/Halloween packs aren’t our identity — plain corridors first.

Turn on Show path on screen. Print a second copy with the path if you need one for yourself.

Not right now. Make them one by one, or wait if we add batch export later.
Is this okay for kids?
Yes — plain corridors work fine. We’re just not a cartoon sticker book.
